Tasked with creating a craft beer brand based off a circle, I aimed to create a meaningful brand that has an impact. Ozone is a craft beer brand that specializes in ale and raises awareness for environmental projects. Each flavour is named after different effects that global warming has on our ozone layer, raising awareness to the drinker who perhaps is uneducated on this. For each beer sold the company pledges to plant one tree, giving back to the environment, as well as all the companies processes being completely carbon neutral. The use of abstract paint markings within the branding creates a rough and striking feel to the brand, creating this feeling of urgency through its energetic swipes of paint. The idea of being able to drink and have fun whilst helping to save the earths climate is a key appeal in the brand.
